Much of our experience comes not only from working with our wonderful customers to get the best outcomes for their pets but from also dealing with our own four-legged friends. We always source top-quality ingredients, using pharmaceutical grade herbs wherever possible, with purity, sustainability and traceability prioritised. Our extracts are never second-stage but always taken directly from the whole plant and first pressings of oil to further improve purity.

Our customer service team undergo rigorous and regular training to ensure their advice is always current and at the highest level.
